Dealer Requirements
- Operate out of a physical retail location (retail store, billiard room, etc.)
- Provide a valid tax exemption certificate
- Meet the initial $5,000 order minimum (Typically delivered over 1 - 3 months; must be maintained annually)
Prospective dealers who meet the above requirements, and are interested in becoming Authorized Dealers, should submit the following application.
