Shaft Turning & Curing:

We carefully turn down the shaft wood in stages, allowing it to season properly to prevent warping and ensure long-term stability.

      












Precision Cutting:

The individual components of the cue, including the forearm, handle, and butt sleeve, are precisely cut (±1/1000th of an inch) to fit together seamlessly.

      












Splicing &
Assembly:

The cue’s structure is carefully spliced and bonded, ensuring a strong, balanced construction.

      












Inlay Work:

We cut intricate cavities and fit inlays with precision, creating the signature Meucci aesthetic and detail.

      












Wrapping:

Wood is an organic material that naturally expands, contracts, and occasionally warps. If a piece moves unexpectedly during production, we may need to let it settle, adjust, or in some cases, start over to ensure straightness and stability.

      












Staining & Finishing:

Depending on the model, cues are stained to achieve the desired color and depth before moving to the final finishing stages.

      












Top Coat Application:

A high-quality sealer and top coat are sprayed on to protect the cue and enhance its smooth feel.

      












Drying & Buffing:

The cue is given time to cure, then carefully buffed to a flawless, wet-look finish
