Meucci Cues Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Meucci Cues. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality, high-performance pool cues. To ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty policy:

CUES:

Limited 1-year Manufacturer Warranty:

Meucci Cues provides a limited one-year warranty, from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects and materials for products manufactured by Meucci Cues (“Product(s)”).

Warranty Coverage:

Under this warranty, Meucci Cues, in its sole discretion, may either repair the Products, replace the Products, or refund the original purchase price of Products purchased directly from Meucci Cues or one of its Authorized Dealers, that are found to have a manufacturing defect. This warranty covers issues that affect the performance or structural integrity of the Products due to manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Products, with proof of purchase, and is non-transferable. 

Exclusions:

Meucci cues and shafts are hand-crafted from wood and other organic materials and are subject to aesthetic variations in stain colors, wood grains, etc., and these cosmetic variations are not considered defects but are part of the Product's character. Additionally, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Warpage on wood Products
• Defects caused by normal wear and tear of the Products, including normal wear on replaceable items such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, & bumper
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, accidents, or extreme events (e.g. flood, fire, etc.)
• Modifications or alterations made to the Products by anyone other than Meucci Cues without the express written consent of Meucci Cues
• Products that have been exposed to extreme temperature or humidity conditions
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sources

Warranty Process:

If you believe your Meucci Cue Product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

• Contact Meucci Cues directly or your Meucci Cues Authorized Dealer to initiate a warranty claim.
• For covered products purchased directly on meuccicues.com, CLICK HERE
• For covered products purchased through an Authorized Dealer, CLICK HERE
• Provide proof of purchase and any necessary information about the issue.
• If instructed by Meucci Cues, send the Product to the designated service center for evaluation.
• Meucci Cues will assess the Product and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. All claims are resolved at the discretion of Meucci Cues.
• If the Product is eligible for warranty service, Meucci Cues will repair, replace, or refund it at no charge. 
• Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Warranty Repairs:

For cues that are not covered under warranty or require repairs due to reasons not covered by the warranty, Meucci Cues offers repair services at reasonable costs. Please contact us or your authorized dealer for more information.

CASES:

Meucci Cue Cases are designed to provide reliable protection for your cues and accessories. We stand behind the quality of the materials and workmanship of the products we offer.

Every Meucci Cue Case is backed by a Limited One-Year Warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

If your case has a qualifying defect during the warranty period, Meucci will replace it with the same model or a comparable model at our discretion.

Covered:

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the cue case or one of its components to fail during normal, intended use.

Examples of covered defects may include:

• Stitching or seams that separate due to defective materials or workmanship under normal use
• Zippers or closures that fail due to a manufacturing defect
• Handles, shoulder-strap attachment points, buckles, clasps, or other hardware that fail due to a manufacturing defect
• Structural failures that compromise the intended protective function of the case
• Defective materials that cause the case to fail under normal use

The existence of damage or component failure does not by itself establish a manufacturing defect. Meucci will evaluate warranty claims based on the nature and condition of the product and the circumstances of the reported failure.

Not Covered:

Cue cases naturally experience wear during use. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic wear, including scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, creasing, or minor surface damage
• Worn materials, stitching, zippers, handles, straps, or hardware resulting from normal or excessive use
• Stitching, seam, zipper, pocket, or material failure caused by overloading, overstuffing, excessive tension, or forcing items into the case or its compartments
• Damage caused by carrying more cues, shafts, accessories, or other items than the case is designed to accommodate
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, impacts, or neglect
• Damage resulting from airline travel, baggage handling, shipping carriers, crushing, or other external forces
• Water damage or prolonged exposure to moisture
• Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, humidity, or other extreme environmental conditions
• Damage resulting from improper use or use for a purpose other than the product's intended purpose
• Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
• Third-party alterations or modifications

Conditions resulting from normal wear, excessive wear, misuse, accidents, neglect, overloading, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose are not considered defects in materials or workmanship.

Eligibility:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

Proof of purchase from Meucci or an authorized Meucci dealer or retailer is required.

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

Protection of Cues and Other Property:

This warranty applies only to the Meucci Cue Case itself.

The warranty does not cover cues, shafts, balls, accessories, electronics, personal property, or other items stored in or transported with the case, even if such items are damaged in connection with a failure of the case.
